Warranty and Return Policy

We DO NOT accommodate buyer’s remorse returns. However, we will offer a 7-day warranty/return policy on items that do not meet our listing details.

This policy would apply if and only if:

  • The item(s) exhibit(s) a malfunction from the time of purchase, are damaged and not described as such in the listing, are missing parts that were not indicated as absent in the listing, or were listed incorrectly
  • You contact us about the issue within 7 days of picking up the item

The following would also need to be met for the policy to apply: 

  • Returns will not be accepted if the issue is already noted in the listing or shown in photos: If the listing includes information about an issue in the condition notes or includes photos of the issue, the return will be refused. A return will be denied if you did not take the time to carefully review the listing and view all photos. It is your responsibility to thoroughly read the listing and examine all photos, as we make a significant effort to be as accurate as possible in our inspection and listing process. 
  • Replacement offered if available, cannot decline: If a return is approved, the item will be replaced if a duplicate is available. If a replacement is available, you CANNOT decline it. 
  • Discount offered if item kept or full refund: If you still wish to keep the item, we will offer a negotiated discount or if you prefer, we can process the full refund given all other conditions are met. 
  • Physical damage by buyer voids warranty and disqualifies item for a refund: If the item is physically damaged due to improper handling or use by you, the 7-day warranty will be overturned and a refund will not be granted.
  • Buyer’s remorse is not valid for a return: We will NOT allow returns based on buyer’s remorse (i.e. you changed your mind and it wasn’t what you needed, you don’t like the item, or it doesn’t fit)
  • No returns or exchanges after 7 days: No refunds or exchanges will be granted after the 7-day warranty period has expired, regardless of the issue or situation. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for the item once the 7-day warranty period has ended.
