Pick Up

After the auction is complete, you will receive an email from us outlining all the items you won with details on how to contact us for scheduling a pickup. You must pick up the order within 3 days of the auction ending. Auctions end on Thursdays, so you must pick up the order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday of that week.

There are no exceptions to the 3 day pick-up, but if an emergency occurs, please contact us for accommodations.

We do not operate a physical retail store because this allows us to save on running costs and by eliminating these expenses, we are able to offer our products at lower prices, providing better deals and value to our customers. We will bring your items from storage to the Meadow Ridge Plaza, 1935 Ravenscroft Rd, Ajax, ON L1T 4T2 for our scheduled pick up.

You must pay for your entire order. If you refuse a won item, you will need to pay a 10% restocking fee on the item to keep your account activated.

Payment

We accept cash at pickup. E-transfers are also accepted, but the transfer must be fully processed before the items can be taken.

No. You will only be required to pay the amount you bid for the items you won and there are no other fees associated with bidding.

If an unpaid order is not retrieved by the deadline, the account will be temporarily deactivated and the items will be relisted. The bidder will then be required to pay a 10% restocking fee, based on the unpaid amount, to reactivate their account. While the account is deactivated, the bidder will not be permitted to bid, buy, or pick up any items until this fee is paid.
